No matter your requirements, our team is here to help. It’s essential to get your electrics inspected and tested regularly. Depending on your type of property, this may range from 10 years for owner-occupied homes, 5 years for rented homes (landlords check), 5 years for commercial premises, or 3 years for industrial premises. You can trust us to provide a fast and efficient solution to all your electrical needs. So, don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports (DEICR's)
It is important for landlords to be registered on the Private Rental Sector (PRS) register and to make sure their properties have an up-to-date Satisfactory Condition Report. This report ensures that the property is safe and free from any potential hazards that could cause harm to tenants. At our company, we are fully qualified and insured to carry out these inspections and tests to give landlords peace of mind that their properties are safe. For anyone who is considering purchasing a property, it is also important to check if it has an up-to-date Satisfactory Condition Report. Doing so can save you time and prevent any potential disruption when moving in. If the property does not have a Satisfactory Condition Report, we can arrange one for you. This report will highlight any defects that may exist within the installation, allowing you to make an informed decision about whether to go ahead with the purchase or negotiate a deal for the necessary works to be done.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR's)
Ensuring the safety of all electrical installations is of utmost importance. That’s why it is mandatory to conduct frequent inspections and testing to check their condition. By doing so, we can guarantee that the electrical systems are still in good, working condition and can continue to be used safely. And to make sure that everything is kept up-to-date, we require an EICR report to be on file, ensuring that we have a record of any necessary maintenance done to the installation. The duration of these reports may vary depending on the type of installation, but they typically last for three years or more.
We understand that testing can be quite disruptive and may need to be done during shutdown periods, or at night and on weekends. Rest assured that we’ll do whatever it takes to complete the inspection and testing without causing too much inconvenience. However, to ensure accurate results, it’s necessary to turn off the circuits that need testing. Following the testing, we’ll provide you with the results and any defects that we may find. Depending on the severity of the defects, remedial works may be required. Should that be the case, we can provide you with a price for the necessary works.

Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Inspection and Testing
Testing your fire alarm to ensure the detectors are working as they should be and the system is compliant with the current regulations is essential. If you don’t regularly test your fire alarm it could invalidate your insurance and could lead to prosecution if someone were to get hurt in a fire where the alarm did not sound.
We will test the emergency lighting to ensure adequate lighting is available if loss of power occurs. We will supply full certification once complete.
